1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DexSkin ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the Extension.

2. License and Use

DexSkin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and install the Extension on compatible browsers
  • Use the Extension for customizing trading platform interfaces
  • Create and save custom themes

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Extension
  • Use the Extension for any illegal purposes
  • Distribute or sell the Extension or custom themes without permission
  • Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
  • Use the Extension in a way that could damage or overburden servers

4. User Content

When creating and sharing custom themes, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it within the Extension.

You are responsible for any content you create and share through the Extension.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Compatibility with all trading platforms
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of theme previews or renderings

6. Limitation of Liability

DexSkin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time
  • Update these terms with reasonable notice
  • Change features or functionality

8. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with third-party trading platforms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these platforms or their compatibility with the Extension.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DexSkin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
